BEST HABIT AT NIGHT



  • Drinking turmeric milk at night will heal your all physical pain. Drinking it at night will give much better results.
  • Avoid using pillow, it damages your body structure.
  • Never sleep in south direction, scientifically proven that it drains out all your energy. You may find lazy next day.
  • Also, avoid sleeping in front of a mirror.
  • Always read current affairs and news, all the updates till that time will be updated. [Useful for students]
  • If you excrete too much oil from your face, apply castor oil every night before going to bed.
  • If you get too many pimples, apply Colgate paste (non-flavor) on it and leave it over night. Believe me, applying just for 2 days, it will vanish.
  • It is recommended by dentists to always mouthwash at night. Staining happens due to doing mouthwash in morning.
  • Check your mails and to-do-list at one last time before sleeping.
  • Don’t drink or eat foods that are citric in nature. You will get cold easily.
  • Avoid using mobile phone till late night. There is no need to stress your eyes, no one will donate you for free.
